Founder & MD - Dr. Nikhil Jain

Wright Shore Technologies was founded by Dr. Nikhil Jain with an intent to provide world-class offshore services in a professional and transparent environment.  Having set-up and managed offshore centers for multiple IT companies in India over the last ten years, Nikhil became aware that it is very difficult for companies to find a trusted partner in India to meet their offshoring needs.  Companies requiring relatively small offshore teams do not get the necessary attention and service from large service providers, whereas finding a smaller service provider who shares the same level of professionalism, integrity and commitment is a challenge.   WST was established on the core value pillars of integrity, passion for excellence and commitment to clients.  We take pride in living these values daily and doing our best to delight our customers by providing excellent services in an open and honest environment.

Nikhil has spent over 20 years in USA playing a leadership role at several software companies. Prior to starting Wright Shore, Nikhil  established and managed offshore operations for multiple IT companies like Lochbridge (now part of DMI) & Servigistics (now part of PTC).  The success of these off-shore centers was in big part due to the fact that they were built on the same ethos and work culture as US companies which created an environment of trust, a key ingredient for a smooth working relationship between offshore and onshore teams.

Nikhil received his PhD in Operations Management from University of Texas at Austin, MBA from Bowling Green University,  and Bachelors in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology at Mumbai.
